Privacy Policy
Last updated November 3, 2026
This policy explains what information Resubmitly collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to do your order, we don't track you around the web, and we don't sell your information.
What we collect
- Your account. Your name, email address, and, if you sign in with Google, the name and profile picture Google shares with us.
- Your orders. Details about your app, how it was built, the rejection message, the access details you give us (such as a share link or a repository link), the plan you chose, and the status of the order.
- Messages and files. Chat messages in your order, replies you send by email, contact form messages, and files you upload.
- Payment. Stripe handles your payment. We receive confirmation that you paid, the amount, and a payment reference. We never see or store your card number.
- Where you came from. If you arrive through a creator's link or a campaign link, we record the code or campaign so the discount applies and the creator can be credited.
- Technical records. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
Only to run Resubmitly: to reply to you, do the work on your order, show you its status, send you email about it, take payment and issue refunds, credit creators for orders placed with their code, keep basic business records, and keep the site secure. We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't send marketing newsletters.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the providers we need to run the service, and only for that purpose:
- Firebase (Google) for sign-in and for storing your account, orders and messages.
- Cloudflare for hosting the website, running our API, and storing files you upload.
- Stripe for payments and refunds.
- Resend for sending email about your orders.
- Google Fonts, which serves the fonts on this site and receives your IP address when a page loads.
If you ordered with a creator's code, that creator can see that an order was placed with their code, the date, and the commission amount. They never see your name, email address, or app details. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies and storage
This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't run analytics. The only things stored in your browser are what's needed to keep you signed in, to remember a creator's code or campaign link for 30 days so the discount applies, and to cache the site's public settings for a few minutes. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings.
How long we keep it
- We remove our access to your accounts and projects when your order is done.
- Files you upload are deleted 30 days after your order closes, unless you ask us to keep them.
- Your account, orders and messages are kept while your account exists, so you can look back at them. Contact form messages are kept with our support records.
- Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to close your account. Email hello@resubmitly.com and we'll reply within 30 days. When you close your account we delete your personal information, except what the law requires us to keep.
Where it's processed
We're based in the United States, and our providers process information there and in other countries where they operate. By using Resubmitly you agree to this.
Children
Resubmitly is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change matters to you, we'll email you about it.
