Terms of Service
Last updated November 3, 2026
These terms apply when you use Resubmitly, the website at resubmitly.com, and the service behind it. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. They're written in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, email hello@resubmitly.com.
Who we are
Resubmitly is an independent service based in San Diego, California, USA. We are independent App Store review consultants. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. or Google LLC, and we don't speak for them.
What we do
We fix app store rejections and launch new apps on the App Store and Google Play, mainly for apps built with AI tools. We offer these plans:
- Fix my rejection. We fix the issues behind a rejection, inside your own account. The app is resubmitted from your own developer account.
- Launch my app. We take an app that has never been submitted from your builder to the store, for one store or both.
- Care plan. A monthly plan for an app that is already live. We publish your updates and keep the app in line with new store rules.
- Free check. We read your rejection and tell you what it means and whether we can fix it. No payment and no obligation.
The scope of an order is what you entered when you placed it, plus what we confirm with you in your order chat. If you ask for work outside that scope, we tell you first and agree a price before doing it.
Your account and dashboard
- You create an account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. Keep your login details safe. Anything done through your account counts as done by you.
- Your dashboard shows your orders, their status, a chat with your engineer, your files, and the access details you gave us. You can update your access details while an order is open.
- We send email about your orders: confirmations, receipts, new messages, and status changes. These emails are part of the service. Each one has a button that opens your order. If you reply to one, your reply is added to your order chat.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
Payment
- Each plan has one fixed price, shown on the pricing page and again before you pay. Prices are in US dollars.
- You pay the full price when the order starts, by card through Stripe. There is no deposit and no second payment later. In some cases we may send you a payment link by email instead. Work on a paid plan starts after payment.
- The Care plan is billed monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your order or by email, and billing stops at the end of the current month.
- Stripe handles your card details. We never see or store your card number.
- If you have a code from a creator or a promotional code, enter it before you pay. The discount shows before you confirm. One code per order. Codes can't be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied after an order is paid. We can stop a code at any time, but an order already placed with it keeps its discount.
- Developer account fees are paid by you directly to Apple or Google. They are not part of our price.
What we need from you
- A developer account in your name with Apple, Google, or both. You confirm that you own the app and the account, or have the right to act for the owner.
- Access to your project through a share link, a team invitation, a code repository link, or a file upload. We never ask for your passwords, and you should never send them to us.
- Accurate information about your app and the rejection, and replies to our questions within 7 days.
- No changes to the app by you or anyone else while we work, unless you tell us first.
- Only apps you have the right to publish. We don't work on apps whose content or business breaks store rules or the law, and we may decline or cancel any order. If we cancel before starting work, you get a full refund.
Access and security
We use the access you give us only to do your order. We don't move your app, code or data to our own accounts. We remove our access when the order is done, and you can remove it yourself at any time. If you remove it before the order is done, we may not be able to finish, and the refund policy explains what happens then.
Approval decisions
Apple and Google alone decide whether an app is approved. We can't control or promise their decision. Our guarantee is a refund, described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
Your app stays yours
You keep full ownership of your app, its code, your accounts, and your data. Once an order is paid, everything we create for your app is yours too. We may say that your app was a client's app in general terms, but we won't name you or your app publicly without your permission.
Confidentiality and files
We keep your code, files, messages and account details private, and use them only to do the work. Files you upload are kept for 30 days after your order closes and then deleted, unless you ask us to keep them longer. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.
Affiliates and creators
Creators and communities may share a code or link for Resubmitly. If you order with one, you get the discount shown at checkout and the creator may earn a commission. Creators are independent and don't speak for us. The affiliate program has its own terms.
Limits of our responsibility
We work carefully, but we can't be responsible for store policy changes, store review times, account suspensions, outages at your builder or at the stores, or problems outside the scope of your order. Please keep your own backups. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We provide the service as described, without other warranties, as far as the law allows.
Ending an order or an account
You can cancel an order before we start work and get a full refund. After work has started, the Refund Policy applies. You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. If a dispute can't be settled by talking to us first, it will be handled in the courts of San Diego County, California, unless the law gives you other rights where you live.
